Prioritisation of Critical Issues
When you log a support case it will be prioritised. Anything which impacts your entire organisation will be prioritised as critical, responded to within 15 minutes with a goal to resolve it within 2 hours. Full details of prioritisation, response times, and service levels are available on request.
